"The property is in a good location and close to the center of bucerias. Room is clean but basic. Nice building and authentic decor. I felt safe but the facility is more like an Airbnb than an inn/hotel. Overall I would recommend as good value for what you pay. "

"The front gate was locked. Unable to contact anyone. Guest let us in. Found a key for empty unit. Under renovation. No sheets or towels. Around eleven pm acting manager shows up. Has no record of us coming. After four days of no sheets etc we paid him for four nights and moved out. I tried numerous times to TALK to someone at Hotels.com. Not pleased atallwith my last two bookings with Hotels.com "

"Walking distance to the beach. There are some stores near by. The management and personnel are super nice. Great service. The hotel needs some remodeling but its is convenient overall. Tge housekeeper does a great job keeping the rooms cleaned. I would definitely stay there again. "
