"Superb service from check in to departure. Everyone friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooftop pool always spotless clean. Great waiting staff by pool. Good food for lunch and snacks. "Brilliant location for Palace, parks and Plaza España. We arrived into Chamartin train station and it was easy to get to the hotel on Metro Line 10 and a short walk. The hotel is unassuming on the outside, but once inside we loved the sympathetic renovations, it felt cosy and comfortable especially the bar area which is beautiful. Our cool and quiet room was perfect, very comfortable bed, twin basins and a bath in the large bathroom, loads of storage and a lovely dressing table with a lift-up lid. Electronic safe was easy to use and the little fridge perfect for keeping drinks cool. Housekeeping was excellent. The continental breakfast was delicious, particularly the brownies! The dining room was calm and relaxing. Overall our stay was perfect and we wouldn’t hesitate to return to this hotel. "

"Lovely hotel! Greeted us with a nice glass of cava (or water if you preferred). Upgraded our room due to our silver status. Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Concierge service went above and beyond helping me find a local leather smith to purchase my daughter a purse. Housekeeping was great. Would definitely stay there again! "
