"Location is amazing: in the heart of downtown. Transportation is within walking distance. There are two metro stations super close by, Callao and Gran Via. Also buses out front. The hotel is just a beautiful property, perfectly appointed with era-appropriate furniture and features while also modern conveniences and a gorgeous bathroom. "We only stayed here one night and chose it for it's proximity to the train station since we had an early train the following morning. It was a cool, unique hotel but we didn't utilize it for a base during our stay in Madrid so I can't really comment on anything other than what we used it for: convenient access to the train station. The staff was friendly, the unit clean and the esthetic cool."
