"I have honestly never seen a property this disgusting and unsafe in my life. The moment you walk in, the filthy smell hits you so hard it feels like you’re sleeping on the streets of downtown. The entire place felt dirty, neglected, and completely unhygienic. Broken lamps, stains everywhere, and an overall unsafe atmosphere made it impossible to feel comfortable for even a second. I genuinely could not believe they charge money for a place like this. Save yourself the stress and never book this property"

"The room was large and very nice and very clean. Lots of plugs and a nice couch and even a kitchen island. The breakfast was included and was good. The staff called us by name and was very friendly. We had to pay for parking but at least it was quick with a QR code "

"We loved staying at this hotel while my daughter attended college in San Jose. The entire 4 years she was in college the pool has been down for repair. This last time we stayed there we had a visitor in our room. Let’s just says check your rooms for pest. We found a cockroach in our room. It was an isolated incident though. "
