I really enjoy staying at this hotel; this is my second visit, and I booked a total of four rooms for my family. I like it here because there is plenty of convenient, free parking. The rooms are clean, the staff are cheerful, friendly, and always ready to help. Best of all, the hotel is very close to shopping, dining areas, as well as freeways.

We were in Milpitas to visit family and take a day trip. This hotel was in a good location to access the freeways. There was some noise from the lite rail and I also heard airplanes at some point, but it did not bother us at night and I am a light sleeper.

Very clean room and comfortable. Plenty of parking around the hotel and nice to walk to the nearby mall. No free breakfast, but the paid breakfast tasted good. Some people may be bothered by the nearby BART station making noise as it runs. It personally did not bother me much.

The overall experience was great, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is also clean and nice. The only thing I think can be improved is the breakfast, the options are limited. The rest are all great.
