"Overall I would stay here probably everytime I return compared to other places we have stayed.
Location, overall ease and access to everything within and outside the hotel access to subway etc all good. Staff overall excellent. No one is perfect - I did have a negative comment by one staff who was frustrated and one staff was alittle rude so I just avoided her from that point and the others were beyond nice.

"Moxy is a beautiful hotel but the AC wasn’t working while I was staying so the room was very hot. I complained about it multiple times throughout the night and I wish they had fan on standby. However, I did get a refund which I appreciated. Just wished the AC was working because I didn’t get any sleep."
"Travelers beware! We have had to dispute charges on our credit card from this hotel over a “smoking” fee of almost $600 (!!!) that was added to our bill. We are a non smoking family. My 11 year old was even staying in the room with us! When I tried to call multiple times to speak to a manager to find out more information, I was repeatedly put through only to the front desk receptionist. "Staff didn’t honor $15 credit for drink at their bar. They were friendly but not helpful when asked how to make the most out of my stay.
Bartenders were nice."
