Top Broadview Hotel Reviews
Holiday Inn Chicago Dwtn - The Mart by IHG
8/10 Good
"Atención rápida"
Congress Plaza Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"This hotel is historic and beautiful. Conveniently located and easy to get to anywhere you need to go in the city. Parking was close and reasonably priced for the city."
Hilton Chicago
8/10 Good
"The location of this hotel is incredible, and the amenities were great (very nice gym, pool, etc…all in good order). A few frustrations with our stay, housekeeping didn’t visit at all 2 of the 4 days we were there and we needed to contact the desk for towels etc… Also the street noise was VERY loud at night, especially on weekend nights. Highly recommend earplugs to sleep with. Staff were all nice and friendly. Although there were staff in the lobby trying to stop and sell everyone some sort of Hilton timeshare (that was kind of annoying). We will be happy to stay again, but will bring earplugs (and better pillows) for our next stay."
Hyatt Regency Chicago
10/10 Excellent
"The room was really clean. Staff was excellent. The location is perfect."
Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago
10/10 Excellent
"Excellent room, location for travelers."
Fairmont Chicago at Millennium Park
10/10 Excellent
"Clean rooms. The hotel rooms are a little dated but nothing too crazy. The happy hour in the restaurant was a hit! Great pricing and the service was top tier."
The Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown
8/10 Good
"Nice place. Great location. One thing that did annoy me. They put a 100.00 hold on my card for every night I was there (three nights -300.00). I asked them when I would be reimbursed and they told me in 5-7 business days. I thought the purpose of giving them your CC was so they could charge the card at the end of the visits. Now they basically steal your money for the length of your visit. Here’s the math. They have 381 guest room. Assume they are full. Average length of stay is 3 night. 381x300 equals 114,300.00 that they get to hold for a week plus. Royal Sonesta is a chain of over 1000 hotels. Now they are holding 114m of our money (rough math). At a 9 % return, the parent company makes 10 million plus on our temporary invested. Kind of tired of getting screwed at every opportunity."
Crowne Plaza Chicago West Loop by IHG
8/10 Good
"For the couple days we stayed in the hotel, we had a great expeience. Staff responded swiftly and were very pleasant."
InterContinental Chicago Magnificent Mile by IHG
8/10 Good
"I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately, my check-in experience was disappointing due to a mix-up with my room assignment. I was given room keys in a sleeve with a room number written on it. When I went to that room, the key did not work. I returned to the front desk, only to find out that the room number written on my key sleeve was incorrect and actually belonged to another guest. The other guest staying with me was standing outside the room when the actual occupant approached and understandably asked why we were standing in front of their door. It was an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation, especially since we had been given keys and believed that this was our assigned room. When I returned to the front desk, I was also initially addressed by the wrong name before I had to clarify that I was not that person. I was eventually given the correct room assignment, and the staff did apologize. However, as an IHG member, I felt there should have been a little more acknowledgment of the situation beyond a quick apology and simply providing the correct room number. Given the embarrassment and the fact that I was mistakenly given information and keys associated with another guest's room, I would have appreciated some type of complimentary gesture or accommodation. Overall, the hotel was clean and the staff was pleasant, but I hope greater care is taken during check-in to ensure guests receive the correct room informa"
