"The staff experience was phenomenal! The bed was nice but the room is under-furnished and the walls were extremely scuffed and dingy. The water pressure was not that great and made a really loud ringing noise that could be heard from other rooms. The TV was also extremely outdated and hard to connect to. Overall, it’s a nice room for a layover but don’t expect much beyond that. Also, no free breakfast."

"Best value for money for stay in heat of London. Felt very safe . Breakfast was excellent value . Gave 4 star rating for helpfulness as one question asked was answered with a shrug of shoulders ( do you know where chemist is located). All other staff googled any question they didn’t know and were very helpful. I had three days on level 7 and 5 days on level 4. Bed was more comfortable on 7 , bit old on level 4. The carpets could use a very good clean . Though I would recommend 100% this location...

"Families traveling with teenagers beware. Traveling with our children, aged 14 and 17 and upon check in the staff argued with us that our 17 year old daughter is too old to stay with us in the room and that she was an adult that needed to book her own room! After arguing how insane this was and then trying to find completely different accommodation, they "allowed" her to stay in the room but admonished us on how this was an extreme safety concern to have three adults in one room..our own 17...

"Rooms small but fine. Quiet area despite being so close to Kings Cross. Breakfast was good. Lighting in room could only be operated from a panel above the bed so no way to turn on lights when you enter a dark room or to just turn on bathroom light. Overall a very affordable option in a great location. Short walk to Coal yards with lots of eating options. And only a few mins walk to Kings Cross. No noise from trains despite being close."

"Arrived by train at Paddington Station, so Premier Inn was convenient being within easy walking distance. Its location was perfect for exploring London for the next several days. Departure using an express train ride to Heathrow was easy due to being near the railway."
