"A business trip, so didn’t actually as much time in the hotel as I’d have liked in order to explore it. But the breakfast experience and interactions with the staff were all really good. Very comfortable room, surprised there were no USB sockets - but that tiny detail aside - very happy. The parking option is ideal. Located right next to a multi-level car park, once you register your car at check-in, the access to come and go is automatic, no faffing around and there’s access from the car park directly to the hotel, so no lugging bags through inclement weather. The pricing for this hotel is generally above what I pay for work trips, and in this case I’d cashed some point to get a better price. Will be giving it serious consideration next time I’m in Bristol."

"Friendly, efficient staff. Customer service excellent. I left my luggage at the Concierge as it was too early to check in. When I went to check in, I was informed that my luggage had already been taken up to my room. Over and above expectations ! Comfortable bed, light , airy room with a lovely view. Amazing breakfast with lots of delicious food to choose from !"

"We had a wonderful stay at The Hilton Garden, Bristol. Lovely hotel, centrally located to the Quay, train station and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Lovely clean room with good shower, free toiletries and soft towels! Buffet breakfast was really good, so well cooked. We also had a meal in the restaurant, again a very lovely meal! "

"The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the main station which was convenient for me. Inside it looks like it had been refurbished recently as everything was pristine. I wasn't driving but it did have a large car park (I think you have to pay though). The room was comfortable, nice bathroom and breakfast was good."
