"From start to finish the service was excellent. Lovely room refurbished to a high standard. Very clean and a large comfortable bed. Would definitely use this hotel again. Special mention for Stuart on the front desk who i spoke to the day before on the phone explaining my wife had a broken foot and could we check in a little earlier. He arranged the early check in and when i turned up he was very helpful and made the whole experience a pleasure. He is a credit to the hotel. "
