"Great that parking is included and great central location. We had to leave at 4am and the very kind gentleman in reception walked my mother and I to the car park as we were a little nervous."

"Not ur typical Hilton standards a bit old style but good price for walking distance to train and central area. Average food . "

"Always a dependable hotel to stay in. Room was quite snug for the price but did the job. Always helpful staff and clean rooms."

"Just spent a night. Close to Central Train Station (7-10mins walk). Clean Room, T&B. However reception ain't that great, the so-called "not welcoming"."

"The room was roomy and comfy, but there were some dusty spots on the surfaces in both the bedroom and bathroom. The cleaning staff could definitely use some more care . I was a little startled to find something curly and hairy on the bathroom counter when I checked in , but it turned out to be just an old eyelash. Additionally, the bath towels were old and stiff. On the positive side, breakfast was very good, with plenty of hot and cold, sweet and savory options to suit everyone’s preferences."

"Everything was excellent. The room was spacious, had everything we needed and had an amazing view. We were right in the centre of everything for the Bristol Great Run. We would definitely recommend this property."
