"Hotel facilities very good and stay comfortable. Cost of bar drinks somewhat excessive given that there is a standard service charge added on top of the displayed costs. Restaurant meals also have non discretionary service charges applied which is okay for table service meals but not appropriate for buffet meals. "

"Comfortable and affordable stay for one night, great location, close to our visit to Kew Gardens. (About 10 mins drive away). A very modern feel, stayed in an exec room on top floor, very clean bedroom with modern bathroom and facilities, lots of wardrobe space, safe, fridge free robes and slippers, toiletries, free wifi and sky movie and sport channels, also free access to spa which we didnt use.
