"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room was very clean, staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and good value for money. We also enjoyed the happy hour in the bar. Hotel has a great location, very close to Kensington High Street Tube. Would love to stay again."

"Great hotel and near to the tube station. Local restaurants nearby and walkable to museums and the Albert hall. Staff were helpful and the breakfast was good value with plenty of options. The Nespresso machine in the room wa a super bonus 👍😊"

"Used as a migrant hotel. There were people literally everywhere and the general lobby smelt horrendous. The room was very small and unclean. I didn't use the bar. Many better places around for a similar price."

"The breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. We didn’t need to park, except to be picked up and dropped off, but there wasn’t a lot of space to park. The rooms were very clean. There were a couple of minor inconsistencies with the replacement of amenities by housekeeping, but nothing worth mentioning. The only problem with our room was that we could hear people walking back and forth in the room above us, (the dining area, I think) one night quite late. "
