The room was good and the staff are nice but the location is a little unkept. Overall, it was fine.

Some dinning place around the hotel but they are approximately 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Not bad if it is a day time. A bit quiet if walking to the hotel alone. The closest Tube station, Turnham Green station, does not have a lift nor escalator. It is a bit inconvenient if you carry big/heavy luggage.

The property is close to tube station if you’re travelling into the city . Terrible customer service . The tv was not working and we asked for new batteries but the staff declined saying ‘’ we don’t have any and will send someone to fix it’’ No one came . When checking in we pressed the buzzer for assistance , the male staff comes out and says ‘yes’. No hello or how can I help you . Terrible experience

La chambre est satisfaisante. Un peu de poussière, les draps avec des taches mais bon ils étaient propres. Le personnel est très accueillant et gentil… merci pour l’accueil Je recommande tout de même cet hôtel et surtout la chaîne d’hôtels première inn !!!
