"We chose this hotel based on reviews. This stay was part of a special treat to my sons. We liked the location, the beds, the breakfast and the pool. Our low overall rating is attributed to the lack of AC or functioning window in the room and 3 nonfunctional pieces of gym equipment. The room was godawful hot and made for poor sleeping conditions."

"We have great memories of this hotel. But for one thing, we stayed in a room with a door connected to the next room. The people in the next room that was connected to the door interrupted our sleep by laughing and talking loudly until 2 a.m. How loud the sound was, it seemed to be in the same space. And for two days... The hotel will have to find a good way for other customers. Otherwise, it will give other customers a sleepless night. Everything was good except that."

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Lafayette Hotel and Spa. The hotel and its grounds are truly lovely and their staff (shout out to Terrance at the front desk!) is amazing. Their onsite restaurant, The Park Bistro and Bar”, is fantastic as well. The food was very well prepared and beautifully presented. We look forward to returning to Lafayette Park Hotel on our next visit to the area. Thank you!"

"Decent place to stay, super friendly staff, but if they are sold out they can randomly change your booking because you booked through a third party like Expedia, which I did not know. So we paid for 2 king beds, but never got two king beds. If you really want to ensure you get what you pay for, book through them as they do not honor third party bookings if sold out."

"I want to start by saying the staff was fabulous!! Everyone from the time I arrived until the time I left was so nice and accommodating. HOWEVER, the room I stayed in left soooo much to be desired. From terrible scratches on the wall to a spot on my shower curtains that looked like an old booger..... I took plenty of photos. But it made no sense that the lobby felt like I was staying at a wonderful resort while the room felt like I was staying in a motel 6. I hope they make improvements very...
