"My room didn't have conditioner; I was told it was going to be refilled once they clean and they didn't I had to call and wait until they brought it almost at 11 pm. I prepaid for the breakfast and there was only one lady for all the tables, mind you I went at 8:45 am and left the dining room at 11:10 or so that's insane to have 1 staff for so many people."

Our low overall rating is attributed to the lack of AC or functioning window in the room and 3 nonfunctional pieces of gym equipment. The room was godawful hot and made for poor sleeping conditions."

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Lafayette Hotel and Spa. The hotel and its grounds are truly lovely and their staff (shout out to Terrance at the front desk!) is amazing. Their onsite restaurant, The Park Bistro and Bar”, is fantastic as well. The food was very well prepared and beautifully presented. We look forward to returning to Lafayette Park Hotel on our next visit to the area. Thank you!"

"Decent place to stay, super friendly staff, but if they are sold out they can randomly change your booking because you booked through a third party like Expedia, which I did not know. So we paid for 2 king beds, but never got two king beds. If you really want to ensure you get what you pay for, book through them as they do not honor third party bookings if sold out."

"Arrived at hotel around 1:30pm, hadn't slept in 2 days, front desk clerk was going to get me checked in until another clerk came up behind her and said someone told them they need to start charging 100 dollars for early check in. Clerk A says, i told her we could because there is plenty availability ready to go. Clerk B says it doesn't matter. New policy is to charge a 100$. Key cards often stop working. Had to get new ones twice and witnessed same for others. Elevator was down in parking garage...

"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid. I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes. After moving everything...

"Parking was a bit of a hassle. It’s a paid lot onsite but the room key would never work properly to let us in and out of the lot, so we were forced to pay by card to get out of the lot and then had to go have the front desk fix the charge that was automatically charged to the room per night. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, excellent location, perfect for a weekend stay"
