Rooms are dated, bathroom had hair all over floor & stains all over walls. room had hole in floor covered by the carpet. The bed was so uncomfortable I was unable to sleep. Breakfast selection was very minimal compared to other Best Western I have stayed. Parking was the best amenity.

The pool was definitely the highlight. Really appreciated being able to sit on a lounge chair and enjoy the warm weather. The staff member who checked me in made me a bit uncomfortable and didn't make the greatest first impression - really dirty/spotted shirt, complaining about his co-workers, scolding me for putting the room key on top of my phone (I didn't realize that putting the key on or next to the phone demagnitized the key). My key didn't open the gym door the first day but did the other days. I wasn't expecting luxury - this was a way to get out of San Francisco during the Blue Angels and be near a friend and the price was low. The wireless was great so I could work from the room. The television was not very good - no special channels and was fuzzy sometimes. The free breakfast was fairly limited but I appreciated the coffee. I probably won't stay there next year.

-Upon checck in two employees were having a disagreement and took a bit to greet me. -Paid for uograded jet tub but tub and jets dirty and build up on them -Coffee maker broken and leaking -sign for ice and vending on first floor hiwever none there. Later found on 2nd floor -Bed and pillows very comfortable -Quiet and housekeeping friendly -Good breakfast and coffee in the lobby

It’s the staff that makes this property shine. They are amazing. Responsive. Kind. The rooms are ok. The jet tub didn’t have the right stopper. We didn’t know we had to ask for room service…. But the staff? Wonderful. I cannot stress how important a staff is to a property.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel, the rooms are very well kept, never had any issues actually with anything. And I would really like to say that I was checked in on both occasions by a gentleman by the name of Samuel. He is always so polite, professional, and just an absolute pleasure to converse with. He always goes above and beyond to ensure that my stay is a good one and that I have everything I need for my stay.
