"Accommodation was clean but bathroom tired. Single beds were actually bunkbeds and not suitable for 3 older ladies travelling together. Getting into property not the easiest either, as code not sent. It had a hostel feel about it. Good position."

Especially helpful staff, though they're only physically onsite from about 3-8pm (on-call the rest of the time)."

"I stayed five weeks in this large comfortable apartment. It is well-furnished with a full kitchen, two complete bathrooms, and three bedrooms. The living room is large and comfortable, and there are three places to gather to eat: the kitchen, balcony table, and dining table. The bedrooms are private, and there are doors to insure sound proofing within the apartment between bedrooms, bathrooms, and living spaces. I loved the neighborhood--close to everything but not too busy except on weekends....

"Terrible apartment. Terrible service. Check-iin was very difficult and the room was mis-described. We left and did not even stay. Several guests were complaining at the same time. There was no reception, it is being decorated. It is all remote from Spain. I am awaiting a refund. Worst experience ever on Hotels.com"

"Hotel was nothing like what is shown in the photograph, it is an old hotel and the bed was old, but the shower was hot, the TV and heating worked and the bathroom was clean. It was as expected for the money and the staff were friendly."

"The apartment is in good location, closed to most attractions. Ten minutes walk to Sao Bento train station. Nice furniture and well equipped kitchen. Someone is waiting in the apartment for check in and service is good. Disadvantage is the windows are facing busy street which is very noisy."
