The accommodation is clean, well equipped (kitchen, washing machine, TV etc.) and quietly located, only about 20 minutes walk to the centre. Check-in is done via WhatsApp and email, which basically works. However, there is no personal contact and there is often no clear answer to queries (e.g. rubbish disposal, replacement of bed linen, existing defects). More transparency and accessibility would be important,...

"We absolutely loved the garden apartment. It was comfortable and very clean. We loved sitting out in the garden in the mornings with our coffee. The apartment is close to good restaurants, a decent grocery store and shopping. A 15 minute walk to the Ribiera and most sights. Miguel was very helpful and suggested nearby restaurants and sightseeing. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the apartment. "
