"One morning our room was not cleaned! Not enough towels, just 2 for us two?. But when we said that to very kind and professional recepcionist Raffaela everything was much better. The staff serving breakfast is little bit to old. You need younger people. Location is convenient. All together solid good."

"It was beautiful quiet place near the center. 15min walk to busy center but happy to be back at beautiful quiet castle. The garden was lovely and breakfast was delicious. Truly enjoyed our stay at this place. "

"Hotel location out of the centre but neighbourhood interesting especially around Marques. We used buses and metro but walked more than anything. The front of house staff were always charming and helpful. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom spacious."

"No ac! You will gave to open the windows/doors. Busses bumble Front if building go by so fast all night. It literally creates an air displacement wave that can move the windows. Shower handle/head does not stay in holder to make a normal shower. Walking distance to food and a laundromat across the street! "

"The 2 different Receptionist were very amiable. The Cleaner, was also helpful in getting my TV to work. The Shower not so good, as the water did not go down until I’d finished & was out of the cubicle. I therefore had to shower in a tray full of soapy, used, water. Which isn’t very nice. I did report this. But obviously this was as I was leaving ( I was only there the 1night.) "

The location was perfect for us with access to the metro and buses but also walkable to lots of attractions. The checkin instructions were clear and the staff were very helpful. We liked the city a lot. The property doesn’t have a reception on site and we had to wait outside, on a busy street until someone came to let us in. So the checking wasn’t great. But everything else we loved! "
