"フロントの対応良く夜中のチェックインでしたが素早く対応していただきました。部屋の清潔感がありトイレも問題なく使用できエアコンの効きも良かったです。家具やカーテンも染みがなくグラスや食器も清潔でした。セーフティボックスが壊れていたようで直ぐに対応していただきました。ただ、4泊中に2回バスタオルが交換されてなかったのが残念でした。 中心部なので何処に行くにも便利でした。 フロントの男性の方の日本語が印象的で上手でした。お世話になりました。 また、宿泊します。"

"It was a very pleasant stay overall. The only drawback was that on Nov 11th, a guest was allowed to smoke in the dining area during the time I was having breakfast, which made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that everything else was top notch. I would definitely stay there again."

The breakfast which was included was quite tasty and the menu was extensive. I had both lunch and dinner in the restaurant during my visit and was very please with the food and the service. I had stayed at their property in Siemreap before and this place luved up to my expectations. When i return to Phnom Penh, i would not consider staying at any other property."

"Friendly staff with a warm welcome. Small hotel situated on a busy road. The rooms are surprisingly quiet with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast is made to order and the choice was reasonable with egg dishes or noodles as well as the usual fruit and pastries. There is a spa but I did not use it so I cannot comment. Tuk tuk available just outside which was great as walking in very warm weather and pavements being redone was not as easy as it could be. Cars parked on pavement is the norm. No...

"Tried to give me one bed apartment which was next to building site. Far too noisy. Bad service to even try putting a guest in such a apartment. Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Gym is okay and usable. Lots of building work going on in local area so be sure to get apartment on a high floor. "
