The property grounds were nice and the view was spectacular if you were facing the water and couldn't see the water color. Waking up to the sunrise coming off the water was gorgeous.

Good for long stays

Nice room, excellent view. A new hotel with a few teething issues but staff are helpful. Cleaning staff did a good job. Across the river from the CBD, but not a huge travelling issue.

1 month before, I had messaged Merton for late departure. 2pm to 3pm late departure was confirmed via message. When I arrived, I reconfirmed with staff for departure at 3pm. Which was confirmed again. On check out date morning. When I reminded staff I will be back to the hotel at 2pm to leave by 3pm. He reminded us that check out was at 12pm. We showed him the messages and spoke of the confirmation on day 1, he then told us we would have to check-out by 2pm. This indeed out a dampener on our spirits, however we do thank the hotel for allowing us to check out at 2pm. But the confusion of your staff and information was not very pleasant. The room itself was as advertised. The pool was a tad weird, you have to exit the hotel, walk along a vehicular road and then access the pool next to the building. There is no direct excess from the hotel. We decided to have breakfast on the last day. Got the coupons and had to wait 30mins for the food. We had a bit of stomachache right after the meal. I would not recommend the breakfast if you are short of time or rushing. All in all. Merton might need to have more counter staff and better communication. There needs to be direct access to the hotel pool and renovation at the hotel to be completed soon for a better experience of all guests.

They’re needs to be more access points into the property because the tuk tuk drivers always get confused and the guard at the exit point is useless with guidance.

This hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms look as pictured and are high quality, however there was miscommunications and it lacked some amenities. We stayed for 3 nights and although we hung the “please clean room” sign twice, no staff ever came to clean or refill water/ change towels. The amenities listed state there is a “free stocked minibar” however when we checked out we had to pay for what we drank. The games room also lacked pool balls/ping pong balls which was a bit disappointing. Overall it is a nice hotel and I would stay again, but it was not up to the standard of a 5 star hotel in my opinion.

洋服を掛けるところが無くてジャケットがしわしわになりました。本館内にはレストランらしき場所が無く、一階のコンビニでビールを買って部屋でを飲みました。ホテルの周りにはレストランらしきものは一件もなく、夕方からは部屋でした。少し離れてホテルを見ると、それは素晴らしい建物でした。５０階建ての真ん中位でしたから見晴らしはよかったです。
