"It was a very pleasant stay overall. The only drawback was that on Nov 11th, a guest was allowed to smoke in the dining area during the time I was having breakfast, which made me feel uncomfortable. Apart from that everything else was top notch. I would definitely stay there again."

"Great little hotel within 5 mins walk of Bassac st with lots of great food and drink options. I think we were the only guests so had the clean, shady pool all to ourselves- a treat after the heat of the city. Coffee shop on site was handy for the morning. Had family room with double and 2 singles in separate area (no doors in between but not visible to each other). Great value for money and plan to stay again when we leave PP."

"Location is good although their sign is very small so you might drive by there two or three times.. Is noted parking available and is it really was not parking I had to jump up to curbs on my big bike in order to get inside for security. "The hotel is a small modern boutique in a quiet part of town, close to the Tuol Sleng genocide museum. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well kept and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and helped me to organise trips and gave helpful advice. I would thoroughly recommend Da Ninth."

"Tried to give me one bed apartment which was next to building site. Far too noisy. Bad service to even try putting a guest in such a apartment. Staff not very competent, eventually had to get hotels.com to contact manager to get moved. Property is okay, good location, but really nothing special. Pool area is not so great. Gym is okay and usable. Lots of building work going on in local area so be sure to get apartment on a high floor. "
