"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much that I ended up extending it. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly amazing and helpful throughout my visit. Additionally, the location is highly convenient—close to everything you need, yet remarkably quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here."

"The place was beautiful but the stairs you need to take to the second floor are a bit obnoxious. Twisted stairs makes getting luggage and items up and down very interesting. Other then that it was a nice hotel."

"Kindness"

"Staff was friendly. Eatery near by Safe place to stay"

"This hotel is splendid. Stunning entrance to the property with beautiful landscaping around the pool area. Great location for riverside and restaurants Lots of available tuk tuks waiting outside. Excellent breakfast. Spacious rooms Welcoming staff Highly recommend"

"Staff are very helpful and very friendly."

The breakfast was ok, just a standard buffet breakfast. Lobby was impressive but rooms were ok, clean. We booked a driver with reception which was a rip off so would recommend just booking a grab at a fraction of the price."

"Great hotel in a convenient location. Wonderful staff from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. Thanks to Houn and rest of the great staff at the restaurant/bar as well!"

"Great place, while the rooms are a little dated and need some maintenance. The pool area and restaurant are beautiful. We spent plenty of time around the pool. Food and drinks are also priced well. I will be sure to stay again next time."

"One of my favourite stays in Phnom Penh. I enjoyed my time at Baitong and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!"

"Traveled Cambodia will always hold a special place in my heart, as it is my motherland. I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice this year, once in March and again in August, and both experiences were wonderful! What truly stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the staff. They genuinely went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. They even helped me search for a photography studio for a photoshoot, contacted several vendors on my behalf...
