"I only stayed one night on arrival in Phnom Penh. The check in was great, I was able to check in early which was very handy. Staff were great, very friendly and happy to help. I woke the next day fully refreshed from my 20 hour journey the day before due to a comfortable bed, great aircon and a quiet room. Breakfast was good with a chef on hand to cook a fresh soup. Overall a great experience."

"Staff were very kind, restaurant food was reasonably priced and delicious, rooftop pool and seating are lovely and offer great views of the city. Room was very clean and spacious. Easy to get around everywhere via Tuktuk but not a ton to do within reasonable walking distance. "

"Our room was an icebox, in all the best ways, especially when it’s 100 outside. Our room was perfect…plenty of space, a soaking tub, couch/sitting area. Staff is wonderful and hotel is walking distance to all the POIs without being in the center of the noise. Pool is beautiful and quiet for wading and relaxing in a daybed by a waterfall. Delicious buffet and alacart breakfast and taxis/tuk tuks on demand. Loved this place, highly recommended "

"I would avoid booking this hotel for the following reasons; - they “upgraded” our room which felt like a downgrade, we didn’t need more floor space. - they carried our suitcase by the wheel which broke it. - Rooms were tidy but not really clean, more like a serviced apartment where it depends on how the person before left it. - breakfast was very limited. - they forgot to charge Some positives; - one reception staff member was really nice - pool and gym were decent (indoor pool) - it was reasonably cheap, but so were lots of other options. "
