"The location is fantastic, we stayed here 13 years ago however the hotel needs a bit of a refresh. The rooms were run down and there no hospitality items in the rooms. No glasses, no coffee, no ice etc. two small water bottles are provided when you get your room. We asked staff for water when we left and they said no. For the price of this hotel, I would’ve expected much better service and quality"

"The hotel has an excellent location, spacious rooms, friendly staff, and fast elevators. Housekeeping was also good. However, the rooms are outdated, the furniture and bathrooms need renovation, the carpet had an unpleasant smell, and the lighting was poor. There was also some minor noise. Considering the high price, the overall experience was disappointing. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again."
