"Had a great Monday to Saturday stay. The two pools are so welcome on the hot summer days. ( the banister leading down into the indoor pool needs some attention) . Shame the outdoor pool bar is only open on a Saturday,was a little disappointed that the steam room was out of order. But many thanks to all the staff that made our stay so enjoyable."

"Its okay to get the head down for the night room was clean. The hotel needs a full deep clean and paint and new furniture as it was falling apart. The food was good but no menus or any choices of meal meal. This could be a good hotel if its well maintained to high standards. I would stay again of 1 night "

"We have been going to the Norbrek Castle Hotel for years and have always had a great time. Was shocked to see so few guests, as considering the size of the hotel it looks like it has been upgraded. The staff are lovely and bend over backwards to help make our stay the best it can be. The food is reasonably priced and there is plenty of choice and well cooked and presented. Come on everyone, the Hotel is just across from the fabulous Blackpool beach. There’s a tram virtually outside the front door that takes you from one end of the beautiful front to the other, there’s even a tram that takes you right to the train station. You can buy a week or a 3 day tram ticket which you can also use the bus with. There is parking for your car in the huge car park and there is entertainment every night plus a cinema and a swimming pool. You really don’t want to see this wonderful hotel closing down, what a tragedy that would be!!"

"Comfy bed, good buffet breakfast. Good for transport links (on tram route). Friendly staff Building a bit dated in places."
