"Gorgeous property and very helpful hosts. Didn’t get to try the food as we had breakfast plans every day that we were there, but look forward to trying it next time!"
"It was a beautiful hotel! We enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is the lobby bathroom was a bit untidy in the morning, but other than that, a lovely place! "

Richmond Marriott
10/10 Excellent
"My family had a great stay at the Richmond Marriott! The parking garage located at E. Marshall and 5th St connects to the hotel via breezeway and is centrally located close to the amenities of downtown. The M Club Lounge in the lobby was a wonderful perk that we enjoyed very much! "
"Loved the quirkiness of the property. Everything was pink. Our room was decorated as a Freda room. We came to Richmond to see the Freda exhibit.
The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. My only complaint was the bathroom: the stopper in the sink would not let the water drain & you had to jiggle the toilet to get the water to stop."
"Front desk lady was very polite and courteous. The only thing that needs attention is that the toilet isn't properly attached to the floor. It moved every time one would sit down on it. "
