"This hotel has great rooms for cheap prices. Our room had a complication but the hotel staff upgraded our room no questions asked and were very apologetic for the issue. 4 stars. I'd give it 5 stars if there wasn't an issue with the original room, but how the staff reacted to the issue was exceptional!"
"While we stayed only 2 night we wished we had stayed a few days longer. Location is very convenient with Kyoto Station within 5mins walk and AEON mall just next door - travelling around with family is great. "This property was excellent, better than photos reveal. Everything was in great shape and the property provided some toiletries as well. 2 toilets and 2 showers were very convenient, and the property was in close proximity to 7-11 and Kyoto station. Great!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay in Kyoto. Feels like a cozy home. Has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Location is excellent as well, 5 minute walk to Tofukuji station which will connect you to anywhere in the city. I highly recommend this amazing place."
