Hannah the rooms manager really took care of my wife on her 65th birthday and both of us on our 35th anniversary. Thank you"

"Check-in was a bit rough, our room was double booked. After about 1 hr, The staff made it right all was good. Room was upgraded and wife wouldnt leave it. Spa like. Pool was fantastic. Bear restaurant was really nice, lovely staff and bartenders. Ian made my wife a custom rum drink, she loved it. Its 10 out of 10. "
