"Terrible service upon check-in. My credit card was charged four times. The rooms are all filthy and nothing works remote control controls lights phones locks to the doors. Nothing you can running up and down the elevator going to the front desk to try to fix something throughout your whole day, it’s been the worst day of my life and I’ll never stay back there unless I bring a hooker there."

"I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was so unacceptable that I feel obligated to warn other families. We booked this hotel specifically for the pool because we were traveling with three young children. Upon arrival, we discovered the pool was closed. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is the second time in two months that we've encountered this issue. At no point before arrival were we notified, and the website continued advertising amenities that were unavailable....
