"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. Only complaint really. "

From the very beginning, the staff at Residentas Aurea gave little attentions to our little one to make his stay more enjoyable. "This is close to most main attractions. The more you walk around the more you realize it is the perfect location. Even only 20-25 min walk to the cruise terminal. Not as hilly in this location for walking. The sofa bed was not comfortable, you could feel the springs. It would benefit from another small mattress overtop. Upper shower head holder was lose/broken but the mid one was solid. "

"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."

Everything was immaculate apart from hair missed by the cleaners in the shower (see photo), creaky and thin floorboards so people were stomping above us at all hours.
