"Very nice and spacious rooms. Ours had a mini kitchenette. Great quality bedding. Rooms have a heat pump! Yay AC! Breakfast was included and was excellent 7-11am each day. Pool area was very nice, we didn’t used it but did sit out. Water is not heated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location - walkable to lots of things. "

"This stay was a fantastic experience!! My sister and I booked a one bedroom but they were able to upgrade us for free to a 2 bedroom with stadium view and it was amazing! Also the staff was super helpful and friendly. Will stay here again for sure"

Very good hotel

"Great 3 night stay at the Eurostars Universal. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Hotels was modern and very clean and well maintained. The only criticism (and its a small one) is the desk in the room is quite small. So if you're there for business it can be a bit cramped to work from the desk. However there are cafes and public spaces that work very well. Wifi was fast and easy to connect."
