Each room has its own air conditioner for your convenience. Fourth, the neighbourhood is very safe with Parque metro station right across from the guest house - very convenient....

"We are a family of 7 including 5 teens and the apartment was just perfect for us. It’s spacious, bright, with a lovely view and public transit, which is easy to navigate, is fully accessible. Two supermarkets are in walking distance and there are some simple restaurant options around. I super recommend this rental. It’s well worth the price, plus the management is super responsive."
