"Excellent place"

"Well equipped apartment in a great position close to many attractions and metro/tram/bus routes. Quiet despite being so close to many restaurants/bars/shops etc. Loads of storage which helped keep things tidy with young kids. Cleaning is supposed to be daily but we did have one day when it wasn’t touched and of the 7 nights we were there, only 3 of these did they leave a dishwasher tablet. We ended up having to buy a full pack of these and toilet rolls because they just weren’t topped up. And...

"Stay was very good. It is in a good location if you don’t mind a bit of a walk. I was a lone female traveller and felt very safe in and around the area. Service was great, especially as you don’t see anyone. They responded to emails and calls promptly when required. Also able to store luggage at a property close by if needed. Sofia was especially helpful "

The rooms were large and contained an in-room laundry machine, which was a major convenience for the family as we had multiple days of laundry pile up. "This property is directly over the ascensor which is a trolley car that runs every 15 minutes or so which you hear from the apartment. That runs 7 am to 9 pm which was bearable. The main issue was that there is a square right next to the apartments where there were bands and a DJ playing very loud music until midnight on Thursday night and until 1:30 am on Friday night. We left Saturday but assume it was then also. No way to sleep with that going on. Either bring noise canceling headphones or...

"My family of 5 really enjoyed our time in Lisbon. The apartment was very well located--we walked everywhere (except to Belem). The property was clean and the host communicated well and was responsive to our questions. The onsite person, David, was super friendly and did an amazing job of keeping our apartment clean and stocked with fresh towels, etc. We'd stay here again. "

"The Apartment was lovely, exactly as advertised. The only issue are the creaky wooden floors - you can hear every move from neighbouring units. When people are getting in, in the early hours, it’s an awful noise which is impossible to sleep through. This really was the only downside. "

Customer service from the rental company was friendly and helpful with good detail provided on how to reach and enter the apartment. The only issue would be that we contacted them regarding additional bedding when we arrived and never received any response to this, however managed to make do with what was on the beds...
