"I think the best thing about this hotel was the staff. Jennifer che ked me in and then anytime I had a question, she remembered my name and would assist. I do think the dining options were severely limited and because of the extreme amount of traffic, walking in the area is not advisable. So trying to figure out where to eat and what to have was not an easy thing to do. That could be improved."

"The hotel staff were friendly and responsive to our needs. The hotel was in walking distance to the train station making it easy to travel. The government is having trouble with trash pickup making the area dirty. I would stay again. "

"Although I did have a nice stay, it started off rocky. I was given the wrong room I paid upgrade for. Then given another wrong room, with someone else’s luggage already in the room. Other than that, the staff was nice and helped me but it was a major inconvenience…. Pool & gym are nice too. Location is good. "

"A classic hotel, wonderful pool with a swim up tiki bar. Probably best pool in Panama! There are two very cute cats on the property that visit guests at breakfast, staff is wonderful and kind with the cats. The two cats are loved by many guests who enjoy the interactions and company. Rooms are indeed older condition but are very clean and very large as hotel rooms were built much bigger then, even for the most basic room. Would happily stay again. Excellent buffet breakfast."
