"The pool looked more luxurious in the photos, there is no staff working there on a regular basis, but there is a phone near by that i figured out how to use to contact the front desk to make a lunch order to be delivered for the pool area. The staff was great - the only issue I had was with the air conditioning - it was initially too cold but when I turned it off and on throughout my stay the room would have an unpleasant damp smell upon entering. I also forgot to take my allergy medication on...

"The view alone is worth the price. You get an amazing panoramic view of Panama City to wake up to and to enjoy at night. The staff is also very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is diverse and well done and the other amenities are excellent. The place is great for a romantic get away."

However, with no windows or proper ventilation, the fumes were overwhelming and negatively affected our stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I hope the hotel ensures newly painted rooms are properly ventilated before assigning them to guests."
