"We loved our stay here. Great views from the 30th floor apartment. My son stayed on a comfortable blow-up bed and I took the king size bed. Jim was very helpful with requests to set up tours and helped us navigate going to a local soccer game. Angelica was so helpful in any need and request we had throughout the trip. They made recommendations for dinner, responded to my requests for service, addressed me by name and always greeted me with a smile. Several others in the dining area were very accommodating and ready to help with whatever I needed. Keep up the great teamwork! "

"Eurostars is terrible, they would not refund my money. I had to cancel my trip to Panama for reasons outside of my power, Covit-19 reasons. The Panamanian government closed all international flights and Eurostars did not refund my money."
