"This was overall a good pick for Big Bear. The room and beds were comfortable, service was friendly, loved the live music in the Tiffany restaurant bar, and liked the location and adjacent walking path. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the back/pool. The meh: The bathroom needed a fix-up (damaged tub, for one), none of the updated electrical outlets would hold a USB charger, and the jacuzzi, which did have great jets, turned out to be a tepid tub (it had just been repaired, so maybe it was on its way to hot)."

"We loved the cabin! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. I have to say, this was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever rented. The location was perfect, with easy access to the village and shopping, and the check-in and check-out process was simple and convenient.We especially loved sitting on the deck and feeding the birds—it was such a peaceful and enjoyable experience. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning!"

"This was a great property! Nestled with other houses in the mountains, we still had scenery and privacy. We even saw a bobcat walk through the backyard. They provided everything we could need, including coffee and tea. The place was immaculate and their communication was excellent. Big Bear Lake had lots to do even in the fall. Note to older renters - we did not realize how many steps/stairs there were so be cautioned if you have knee problems. The beds were super comfy with down coverlets."

"The place is small and cozy. I do recommend bringing some more towels if you plan on using the spa and showering especially if there is more than two people. There also wasn’t very many cups to use so we were constantly washing cups or drinking out of coffee cups. Otherwise the place was clean and the heater heats up the place nicely. It’s really a nice and peaceful place to stay."
