"Hybla Major B&B was perfect for us. The room was clean, modern and safe as was the bathroom. The mattress was comforable, cleran and warm. The included breakfast was delicious and the staff helpful, warm and friendly. We found good food within a few minute walk of the B&B. Great place to stay."
"Beautiful and peaceful property. A dream. We did not want to leave. The pool area and gardens are gorgeous and so relaxing that we decided to take a break from visiting and simply enjoy the pool. Family owned hotel and owners are so nice. Central to Noto, Syracusa, beaches and Ragusa. A car is needed but parking is free. Also a Fantastic place as a venue for any celebration, birthday, wedding… "
"My friend and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the property. The hotel is charming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved our rooms. There is a wide choice of both sweet and savoury food at breakfast and fresh fruit plus a homemade cake every morning. Franco concocts a delicious array of cocktails at the bar at only 6 euros each! We will definitely return and I am recommending it to all my friends and family."

Air Conditioner was broke and not working the first night but they brought us a fan which helped and they fixed it the next morning. Breakfast was great the first morning and went downhill from there- $8.00 per person. Probably not worth it but the coffee was good. No cafe near by. Shower great. Staff helpful. Old building in not a very pretty area but safe enough. Elevator helpful for luggage. Great restaurants on the beach. "
"Beautifully decorated and extremely clean, the breakfast was also delicious! Great location and within walking distance to the centre of Noto. Communication with them prior too and during our stay was exceptional and they were very accommodating. All staff were super friendly and welcoming! "We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Mofeo during our trip to Avola. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was kind, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
A special thank you goes to Valentina, who was simply outstanding—so warm, helpful, and full of great recommendations. Her attention to detail and genuine care made our stay extra memorable. We honestly can’t thank her enough!
The room was spotless—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Everything was perfectly tidy and clearly well-maintained. It really felt like a home away from home.
Communication with the hotel was excellent from the beginning. They were always quick to respond, very clear, and helpful with any questions or requests we had. It made everything smooth and stress-free.

"My wife and I booked this B&B for our honeymoon, the price and the rooms are very good quality. We enjoyed staying here, the owner is very friendly and helped me out with a few things. He doesn’t live in the building but his mother does and she was great. She gave my wife and I some beach towels because we forgot ours at home in the U.S. I’m not 100% sure who the older woman is that cooks the breakfast every morning but it is to die for, she makes all sorts of foods for the guests in the mornings which are delicious. They arrange tables in coordination with the guests staying there. One thing that kinda bothered my wife was you cannot eat inside the rooms, we aren’t sure if that’s just a Sicilian B&B thing. Everyone that runs the B&B together, you guys are doing an awesome job making this place very pleasant place to stay, all are very kind and have great hospitality! Avola in general has a genuine Sicilian culture so i recommend anyone that wants to see what real Sicilians are like stay here its worth it, you’ll see the difference between the touristy bigger cities and appreciate the little peaceful town of Avola even more. The beach is very close and the food at every restaurant we ate in the area was very good. Just make sure you practice your Sicilian or download a good translator app because the language is much different then Italian! Syracusa, Taormina, and Mt Etna are a max hour and a half drive. "

"We stayed for the week and it was a perfect spot to relax after touring and a great location to visit many towns from the house. The house is spacious, comfortable bedrooms, and a lovely pool and outdoor area, all while being only a block from the sea. There were great walks and runs, nice cafe and restaurants all within walking distance. We would highly recommend the home for anyone enjoying the beauty of Sicily! And the host was helpful and responsive. "
"We did not realise when we booked that no toilet paper could be flushed ( septic tank) Apparently this is quite common in Sicily. We had to empty all used toilet paper into the organic waste bin outside. The owners lived next door and were on hand for any issues. The access road to the property was very narrow but fairly short, a small car would be preferred for access reasons. The WIFI was not adequate for us to stream a film. "

"The property inside was as listed. More out door seating areas than expected surrounded by lemon trees. Pool was lovely to relax around. The owner was very helpful. Due to out late flight had got in some food for us.

Biancheria da camera di alta qualità.
Al piano terra della struttura c’è una cucina ad uso comune.
Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo nell’indicarci le istruzioni per il check-in e dove parcheggiare il veicolo.
Una critica costruttiva: il materasso ci è sembrato troppo morbido, quindi un po’ scomodo a nostro parere.
Ma per il resto tutto era perfetto!
