"This hotel was in the best location in old historic Noto! It was sooo great that in the evening, we stepped right out into an awesome parade walking through the historic centre! The staff were extremely nice and pleasant on arrival. They also helped us secure car parking before we even arrived. The room was such a beautiful boutique room, super clean and spacious. We had a patio room which was spacious with a very comfy bed, high quality linens, a terrific modern bathroom and an excellent air conditioner. The entire team couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The location was as perfect as this beautiful town. I have already recommended the property to friends!"

The guide tour in this historic building from 1762 which he calls home, after breakfast was amazing and we felt spoiled. "This property backs onto a busy access road and is incredibly noisy. Better windows might have helped but I doubt it. The beds are like the name - a garden of stone. We had to put blankets down under the bed sheet, it was that hard. There are no amenities and shouldn't be called a B&B as there was no breakfast. It is inexpensive, fairly clean and the owners are friendly, so this old school place might work if you value budget over comfort."

It is a bit noisy but that is because of the proximity to popular pedestrian streets. Our only disappointment was that the air conditioning in our room (203) did not work and it was uncomfortably warm. "
