"Very helful and friendly staff, good location with a lovely sea view room. Breakfast is taken in the partner hotel opposite, which was nice. Parking is available in the nearby car park (very difficult to enter)"
"Staff excellent- friendly, polite, helpful. Fabulous location, right in the middle of Ortigia but hotel itself an oasis of calm. Family room very spacious and lovely. Breakfast buffet standard/good. Terrace bar nice to have but small with limited opening - still canāt believe they donāt know what a limoncello spritz is, when itās so popular elsewhere - but tried hard to accommodate. In summary we were very very happy of our choice of hotel in Ortigia. "
