"The property is well located in lovely city. Easy access on foot to all the sights of this historic city and good selection of restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no lift - at the time of use the stairwell was damaged between floors 1&2. The apartment is quite small and quite cramped and only just big enough for 2 people. The balcony is nice. There were a few issues that have been reported in previous reviews and assured were repaired but were not....

"We have rented exclusively through VRBO for years and are on a trip right now with 9 properties rented through VRBO. Without exception, every host has provided access info 2-3 days prior to arrival. The host for this property did not contact us with access information. We reached out the day before and he still did not respond. "Wonderful stay. Boutique hotel with personalized attention from owners. Delicious French breakfast in a beautiful garden setting. No elevators. 9 minute steep walk to the castle. Trivalle street where hotel is located is very lively and full of restaurants and cafés. "

"Just book it! This is a lovely property, right at the foot of la Cite. It has a charming garden, patio and pool; and an excellent breakfast buffet. A little gem. The view out the window was stunning at every hour. The light here, whether at sunrise, mid-day or sunset, is stunning. In the morning and evening the temperature here is cool and feels delightful. Truly a beautiful spot. "
