"Of all the places I've stayed with Owners Direct this is the only 1 that hasn't matched the reviews. Ariane did not respond to our phone call/message when we got lost. She didn't meet us like she did in other reviews and didn't apologise for it, nor apologise for not responding to our phone call. Guests in the main house were given instructions to show us where to go-thank goodness for them and helping us up to the Bergerie in the dark. I know it said there's a short walk to get to the house and...

"La maison a de beaux volumes, très bien située dans un petit village au calme. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Mais il n’y a qu’un petit drap de bain prévu par personne pour tout votre séjour ( nous sommes restés 2 semaines.) Ce n’est vraiment pas assez, comment on fait avec la piscine et la douche ? Pas de coussin de chaises le long de la piscine, comment on fait avec ces petites serviettes pour ne pas se brûler contre le plastique des chaises? Il y a un éclairage au pourtour et dans la piscine...

"We stayed as a group of 15, all work colleagues which was perfect as there were enough rooms lots of privacy, lots of bathrooms and enough space for us all to eat together, indoor and outdoors. Johann was on hand for anything we needed and was so welcoming. The property itself is so well located close to the airport and Carcassonne. We thoroughly enjoyed the darts, pool table, hot tub and pool, so much to do!"
