"Enjoyable stay. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast. Clean and well presented rooms."

"We had a very good stay at Hotel du Château in Carcassonne. A strong highlight was the team: everyone we met was warm, welcoming and helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is another major plus, just a short walk from the Cité médiévale. The only minor disappointment was the Wi-Fi signal in our room wasn’t particularly strong. A kettle would have also been good rather than the coffee machine, for those of us who drink tea. Overall, a lovely stay, made...

"Parfait."

"Excellent location and the views from our room was worth the price of admission. The room felt a bit tired and bedding could use an up grade. Lots of nightly turnover so the hotel always felt very busy."

"Très bon accueil, chambre confortable."

"Lovely room and wonderful shower"

"The hotel has a great view of the castle and the roof top bar is definitely a bonus. The room was clean and have everything we needed however the toilet was in what can only be described as a cupboard with no space at all. "We loved our stay here. The veranda and back garden were a welcome escape after a day spent exploring. The front desk was very helpful when our train was cancelled. Location is next to the castle entrance. Easy walk into the new town as well."

"Receptionist extremely friendly, facilities fantastic for our overnight stopover. Great 2 bedroom appartment."

"Lit king size, très confortable Baignoire Propreté"

"Très bel hôtel bien entretenu, à proximité de Carcassonne et des sites de la Montagne Noire. Les chambres sont confortables et l’hôtel est calme. Le petit déjeuner en terrasse ou sous la véranda est très agréable. J’y retournerais"

"As per previous reviews, this property was a great place to stay. It's smack bang in Portsmouth Harbour and right next to the bus station and Gosport ferry so couldn't be more convenient if that's your goal. It is a very urban location but a nice view of the harbour on one side but the bus station on the other. Breakfast was included in the rate and Excellent! Even the coffee was great (and having just returned from France, UK coffee is normally a step down). Unlike many properties like...
