"The hotel is located in a very nice, centralized location. My room was huge when compared to most European hotel locations that I have stayed. The breakfast was very nice, though was exactly the same every morning like what is found at most hotels that offer breakfast. The property is very clean, and rooms that are located at the rear were very quiet. The staff is Great and very accommodating. I did not try their restaurant beyond breakfast as there are so many nice places to dine in Lisbon. My only possible criticism is that the pool bar is not always staffed. My advice is when the pool is open, that the staff should send someone there to check on the guests every quarter hour so that drinks could be available."

"Located in the best area! This was confirmed to us many times by tour guides and friends. It’s also in a flat part of the city, which I personally found more enjoyable and walkable. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The room was adorable with a view to the street, which is actually charming considering the small balcony. The AC works well, pillows are comfortable and the bath products are nice except there isn’t body lotion, but still good regardless. The Happy Hour downstairs is pretty good too! I would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"I was worried because the entrance to the accommodation was hard to find, but once inside, the service was good, and the facility was nice. The breakfast service was especially excellent. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no elevator, but everything else was recommendable."

"The facility is spotless. The service is impeccable. The staff is always ready to help. I cannot say enough about this hotel and it's staff. It is one of the best hotel visits I've had in my life. When a tour was canceled on us due to a flat tire, the front desk staff arranged a wonderful alternative that resulted in a vist to a vinyard operated on a natural basis, and the wine was wonderful. I can miss giving a shout out to the breakfast, best ever with a mix of buffet and special order! Don't miss it."

"Perfect location, clean and charming hotel. Tiny rooms but thats expected, it is Lisbon after all and a prime location. Check in process was effortless, room was not ready but staff took our luggage and offered a welcome pastry. When we got back our luggage was already in our room. Breakfast was also great, beyond continental options. Will absolutely consider hotel for my next Lisbon visit."

"We loved this hotel and the staff! They were very helpful with all of our needs. The only complaint is that the coffee and beverages in our room were not restocked daily. Our last morning there we had no more coffee and had no time to get it elsewhere prior to our departure to the airport. Everything else was top notch!"

"Accomodating!! These guys are there to help with what you need. Plus, drinks in the fridge is on them. Water, soda, and beer. Refilled everyday. Can’t wait to come back!!!"
