"The Art Inn is ideally located for exploring downtown Lisbon, the rooms are well eqipped and the breakfast, served on the roof top restaurant, is excellent. Yes, there are lots of stairs to get to the rooms...but there are hills and stairs all over Lisbon...you soon get used to them. And the staff a very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would visit again."

My only caution is that the beds are hostel beds and I wouldn't recommend for folks with back issues. " The location was excellent! 5 minutes walking distance from the Metro and train station. From the front desk to the bar to the pool area, the staff provided exceptional five-star service. The buffet breakfast has a wide variety of choices. The rooms are spotless and have comfortable beds.
