"The house is a good base for the Dales. It was very clean and it is well equipped. The beds were comfortable. It is a bit old fashioned but that did not matter. One of two negative points, it advertises a cycle store but there was no key. Dogs are welcome but we found it a little too restrictive for our dog, we couldn't let her run around outside and had to keep her on a long lead. "We’re just home from a great week staying in Starfall. It is a lovely two-person (plus dog) apartment overlooking the River Ure and upper Aysgarth Falls. There are no immediately local stores so pack your groceries or pick them up on the way from one of the local villages.
