"Hailey at the desk was awesome when we checked in as we normally do not stay in hotels as we are the camping type of people. When I told her that we were her for my brother’s funeral she gave us a bereavement rate and offered us her sympathy and also said if we needed anything while we were there to just ask. She definitely is a people person!! I told my nephews and niece where we were staying for the funeral so they chose to be there with us in fact we enjoyed breakfast together on Monday morning. Breakfast on the weekend was great, less selection on a weekday. All staff that we ran into were friendly and even the people staying at the hotel were friendly. I told my nephew that lives in Avon if he ever has company coming in and they need a place to stay tell them here. Great time!! Great place!"

"The hotel was good it has a pizza place around and they deliver to the room ,they have a bar and a restaurant inside, the pool is divided into 3 sections , the mall is around the corner and various of restaurants, they have an ok gym my family enjoyed this hotel "

"Great hotel with the mission of providing service to those in need of support for their loved one. Limited options in the area besides the hotel for food options. Sunday buffet was a disappointment and the serving dishes were dirty."

"This property is perfectly located in the center of all things downtown. The only draw back is that there is an air conditioner only in the bedroom in the suites. Therefore, the rest of the room was hot and sticky and the room took several hours to cool down. Downstairs in the lobby it felt like there was no air at all. In the heat of the summer, AC is a must. "
