"Where to begin…. I called a day before my arrival to inform them u would be arriving late in the evening and would appreciate someone being there to let me in my room. That hadn’t gone as planned, I was assured someone would be there and I’d have no issue. I stood in a cold hallway for 3 hours waiting for the on site manager to come assist. Bad start. The hotel itself is FILTHY. The room smelled terrible and was left dirty. The floors ruined the bottoms of every pair of socks I had...
