"Villa Anthia was a superb villa in a beautiful location 5 minutes from Ayia thekla beach and 10 minutes from Ayia Napa. The villa is fantastic all the facilities needed for a great holiday with a lovely pool patio area and lots of space, big open area for the kitchen and chilling space. The villa is spotlessly clean throughout and very well maintained for a great holiday. Villas2let are a fantastic company to deal with from the booking process and receiving all the relevant documentation for our stay. I have been with Villas2let now on 3 separate occasions and we will be booking again next year why go anywhere else than Cyprus the people the food and scenery is out of this world and can’t wait to return. "It is a very nice house with a beautiful garden, view and swimming pool. The service was great and very helpful when it was needed. We were with 5 adults and 2 children, which was perfect for the amounts of chairs on the terras and at the pool. The equipment in the kitchen was complete with lots of plates and glasses. The beds are a bit small 140 cm and short. But that is because we are used to have bigger beds We also liked that two bedrooms are downstairs with a bathroom they could share and upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a bathroom. Definitely a very nice house for a family"

"Everything about this Villa is perfect. Just a couple of points to be aware of when booking.1. Heating the pool attracts an additional cost.2. We had noisy builders working on the property across the road (Cement mixers at 07.00 for the first 5 days). Additionally, the Villa next door (rented by the same company) had a group of young males returning to the property on very noisy Quads at around 05.00 to 06.00 each morning for 4 days (Quads are supposedly banned on this estate). Finally on the last two days of the holiday the park to the front of the property was being refurbished which required the use of Tele Handlers and Leaf Blowers.I understand that building work and refurbishment has to take place. Despite this we would all return again."
